Josh Rush

Indianapolis artist Josh Rush packs his painting gear on his bike to go plein air painting. Here he is painting at Locally Grown Gardens. Indianapolis is a bike-friendly city, and he enjoys the process of finding a location as well as the process of painting.

"I have a lot of different places that I like to paint around the city. I ride my bike to the location, and it kind of finds me, really."

He has a studio at the Harrison Center for the Arts. Shown here (above) is one of his Bike Portraits.
